The Metropolitan has been designed with both tenants’ current and future needs in mind. Office levels are column free and full floors range in size from 1,946 square metres to 951 square metres. Individual floors can be subdivided to allow up to six tenancies with unit sizes from 181 square metres. Carpet to ceiling tile heights are 2.75 metres on Level 4 through 15 and greater on Levels 16 and 16 Mezzanine. Levels 2 and 3 have floor to floor heights of 5 and 4 metres respectively.

Throughout, the building provides a high quality suspended acoustic ceiling incorporating integrated flush-mounted parabolic light fittings, air-conditioning defusers, recessed sprinkler system outlets, and a perimeter curtain recess, giving maximum flexibility for individual tenant layouts.
